Seeding Vitality Arts at the Newark Museum

Mansa Mussa, Teaching Artist

In this interview, visual artist Mansa Mussa talks about how he got started as a teaching artist in Creative Aging, including how he discovered that his father, who had Alzheimer’s, could concentrate on art projects when provided simple instructions. Mansa also talks about his experience teaching one of his arts collage workshops to older adults at The Newark Museum of Art.
