Linda P. Fried, MD, MPH, Dean of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health since 2008, is a leader in the fields of epidemiology and geriatric medicine. Since 2006, Dr. Fried has served as a member of the international Aging Society Network. Dr. Fried is the author of over 500 peer reviewed articles and has been the principal investigator of major longitudinal cohort studies, including Women’s Health and Aging Studies I and II.
